A property I marked as let has not been removed

Sometimes you may have marked a property as "Let", but the property hasn't been removed from a portal. Here are some things that you can check.

  1. Make sure the portal is set to "On" - Go into the portals tab for the property, and make sure the portal is set to on. If a portal is set to "Off", it means that updates you make to the property are not being sent to the portal.
  2. Make sure you have entered a let date, let price, and lease duration - Some portals require that these fields are filled out before they will take the property off their website
  3. Repush the property - If the data looks correct but the property hasn't updated, scroll down to the bottom of the portals tab and click "Repush this property to portals". This will resend the feed to the portals
  4. Contact us - If you are still having trouble, lodge a support ticket with us so we can follow up with the portal to see what has happened.
