How to add/edit/delete agent profiles

The two main functions of Agent Profiles are to add listing agents to property listings and to manage your Meet Our Team page on your Eagle website. They are also used in various other parts of the software like automations.

How to manage your agent profiles

  1. In the left CRM main menu, click Admin, then click Agent Profiles
  2. To create a new agent profile, click Add New
  3. To edit an existing agent profile, click Edit on the profile you want to update
  4. To delete an existing agent profile, click Delete on the profile you want to remove. If the selected agent profile has listings assigned to them, a pop up will appear asking you to reassign them.
