How to fit text to brochures

You can create a shorter version of your property description for printing brochures. By fitting the text to the brochure it ensures the style and design of the brochure is maintained.

To update the description of a listing, click into the listing first. then click on the Images, Docs & Copy tab. To add brochure descriptions, click the 'Advanced Description' button.

  • The field 'Small Description For Stocklists' is used for stock lists and booklets where 2, 4 or 9 listings are shown on a booklet page.
  • The field 'Description For Brochures' is used for window cards and booklets where 1 listing is shown on the booklet page.

Window cards

Modern (4 photos)
  • Characters per line: 64
  • Maximum rows of text: 11

Note: If your headline wraps over 2 lines it will reduce the lines of text available.

Single Photo Brochure
  • Characters per line: 70
  • Maximum rows of text: 14

Note: If your headline wraps over 2 lines it will reduce the lines of text available.

Landscape
  • Characters per line: 59
  • Maximum rows of text: 9

Simple Multi-View (4 photos)
  • Characters per line: 70

Classic (4 photos, logo on top)
